|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — This place does not feel like an apartment, it feels like a small house. Its beautiful inside, the maintenance team is fantastic the few times I needed them. Its quite, safe, and kept immaculate.
|Recommended: YesThis place is decent — The parking situation is favorable. The layouts of the apartments are nice. The area is nice, albiet a little boring.
|Recommended: YesLovely property, units could use some refurbishments — Comfortable and a nice place to live. Mostly updated apartments with minor needs upon move in i.e. carpet had some stains and crayon markings in some areas. Staff has been pretty friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Never a parking issue, maintenance seems to be quick and timely. Overall the layout of the apartments are very nice and the fireplace was a huge bonus. Electric gas bills were relatively low from our previous experiences. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.
|Recommended: YesWonderful apartments and beautiful family-friendly community — I absolutely love living here and will be renewing my lease for a second year. This is a family friendly neighborhood that is relatively quiet. The apartments are new and are kept clean and fresh. The maintenance staff is wonderful and fast. My only complaints are the insulation isn't bad, but could definitely be better and the snow removal for a blizzard could also be better. Overall I love the community and apartment.

The quality of carpet is not good, needs to be upgraded. tears up at door jams and stains very easily.

|Recommended: YesGreat rental option — Although the rent seems a little high, the location is perfect. Maintenance is top notch and very quick with any concerns. The pool is perfect for summer as well. Very quiet neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love it — Just cannot say how terrific it is to live here. Going on 4 years already. Neighbors are all so nice. Such a safe and secure feeling. Attention to detail from management is always in the forefront.
|Recommended: YesBeen here 3 years and enjoy living here. — That the grounds as well as maintenance staff along with the office staff are kind and always try to solve any issues that arise in a timely fashion. The complex is quiet and extremely clean and neat. Storage is an issue, but that is a builder issue and nothing to do with the staff. I always speak highly of Walnut Crossing and how much I enjoy living here.

I think it should have some type of security, whether cameras or gated, which I think would be a great added bonus for the price.
I think they need to either add another location for trash recyclables or larger units to accommodate the community.
I think the pool should have longer hours, to help accommodate those who don't have the normal 9 to 5 job.
I also think that there should be a decrease in rent price if you chose not to use the gym, tennis courts. I'm paying for those luxuries and yet I chose not to use them.
Screen door to the front door would be an added plus, to allow for wind cross ventilation which would help with not using the AC as much.
Chain on the door for added security would be nice.
Glossy paint on the walls would be better, easier to clean and wipe down.
Ceiling fans would be awesome
