|Recommended: YesElectric bass noise at night, otherwise great — I hear an electric bass player every night across the street. He seems to have no competence for the instrument at all, and plays horribly. I had a problem with another bass player who lives beside me. This seems to me unnecessary noise. However, the maintenance staff is great, particularly Don, who remembered me from my previous residence here at Walnut Crossing. The apartment is great and I really like my neighbors, but they seem standoffish, maybe that is my fault. Compared to other apartments I have had, this is without a doubt the best. You do things right here.I wish there was a solution to the noise at night, but I will put in my ear plugs.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Respectful, and Friendly . Love being here — I am so happy to be here this is the best apartment vie ever had. Maintenance and always fast, professional and very polite. This is a great place to live especially if you have children. My neighbors are very friendly and all the kids play together. Its quiet community never any trouble. And I love the view from all my windows and door, I have to post a few pictures because the grounds men are great at what they do

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I lived in walnut crossing for almost five years and have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance was always out the same day you placed a call. The leasing office always notified us of any routine maintenance and was a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of places to park, and apartments on very good condition.

|Recommended: YesVery Good Experience — This is a very well run apartment complex. Communication is good, workers are nice and responsive to issues, the facilities are nice. Would be perfect except for one loud neighbor which isn't something you can control any way.

|Recommended: YesComfortable and Affordable — It's been really nice living here The complex is well maintained and our apartment is bright and spacious. Some of the fixtures are a little outdated but everything still looks quite nice. Maintenance has been very responsive to our requests and the community itself is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the trash collection is so far away... but it helps me get those steps in I guess Other than that, I've loved living here

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place to live — Beautiful apartments with plenty of closet space. Community is maintained very clean with Gym, Pool, Tennis Court and Kids play area. Grocery shopping, Premium outlets and restaurants are near by apartments.

|Recommended: YesLack of upgrades to apartment — I was disappointed with the condition of the carpet, the tub in the master bath and the settings on the washer. The carpet has stains and it was cleaned prior to moving in and again after a complaint and they still exist. The tub was re-surfaced prior to me moving in but it did't correct the problem. Then a piece of white cover was glued down and the tub was not able to be cleaned especially by the drain. I was never able to us the tub other then to shower in it. The washer gentle cycles did not work properly. I wasn't able to leave my slider open in the summer because of the smoke from the gentlemen underneath and his wife parks daily in the handicapped spot with no tag. I had a friend visit who has a handicap license plate and she was unable to park in the closed spot to my entrance. Overall the staff and grounds were good but my apartment should have been updated before I moved in. I was offered an updated unit but it was more money so I decided not to take it because of cost. I feel that my unit should have been updated prior to renting it.
